I am a journalist, writer and editor specialising in all matters domestic, from food, homes and gardens to modern manners, dogs and decluttering.
I write regularly for national newspapers and magazines, including a weekly French Exchange column in The Daily Telegraph, delicious magazine, Sainsbury’s magazine, The Daily Mail, The Guardian, The Independent, Country Life and BBC Good Food.
My latest book, Notes from a Small Kitchen Island was published on July 7th 2022 by Penguin Michael Joseph.
This is the book of my heart, filled with essays and recipes that made me just as I made them, over 40 years in the kitchen.
